Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

We currently ship to selected countries and regions depending on logistics availability, product compliance requirements and customs regulations.

Available shipping destinations may vary by product and order location.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method and customs clearance process.

Typical delivery time:

• Switzerland: approximately 2–5 business days
• Europe: approximately 5–10 business days
• International destinations: approximately 7–20 business days

4. Shipping Fees

6. Order Tracking

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services or force majeure events.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product condition.

We will review the case and assist you with a suitable solution where applicable.
